Q1. Do I have to sign a non-compete?
A1. Yes for opportunities we present to you. No for everything else.
Q2. Do I have to exclusively affiliate with xbig6?
A2. No.
Q3. What is the compensation?
A3. Typically about 70% of what is billed and collected from the client.
Q4. How do you establish a rate to be billed to the client?
A4. Our rates are market competitive with the best regional niche players, and role dependent.
Q5. What is the range charged to the client?
A5. For xbig6 work $80-$250/hour, but usually in the $100-$125/hour range. For home-source.biz work $40-$90.
Q6. Are there any commission or bonus opportunities?
A6. Yes, but not typically for delivery consultants.
Q7. What about travel?
A7. Some roles require travel. You choose if you want to be presented or not.
Q8. Do you offer benefits like insurance?
A8. Not presently. We are exploring the topic. Our consultants are all independent at present.
