XBIG6 Roles
The majority of roles available through XBIG6COM, LLC are consulting opportunities. Independent consultants with backgrounds and experiences from large professional services organizations provide their expertise with clients. Delivery of services is the emphasis of xbig6. Even so, we also require our internal resources to market, sell, source consultants, bill and collect, and support the business. Our business model is lean by design. We do not have impressive offices or sophisticated on-boarding processes. We do have lots of room for creativity, high automony, and equity opportunities for some roles.
Xbig6 Geomarket Director, Principal, Partner
Our strategic plan includes fifty (50) named geomarkets. Most markets are identified for one Director or Partner each. The largest markets are identified for up to three. Geomarket Directors must be equipped to sell, manage, and deliver work primarily to local clients. Many of these markets offer equity opportunity. By design, the role has significant lattitude with ability to leverage our infrastructure, business network, alliance network, business practices, and the xbig6 brand.
Home-Source.biz Director
Similar to the Xbig6 Director role, our strategic plan includes fifty (50) named geomarkets. Home-Source.biz focuses on part-time and virtual consultation to the client. These directors share in the Home-Source.biz revenue generated, but also have a commission opportunity for xbig6 work identified. Presently, only Texas geomarkets provide for equity opportunity in this role.
Account Executive
This is a relationship selling role. The role is commision only. Only individuals with an existing business network and prior track record in selling tier-I professional services should consider this role. For some, this offers great compensation, for a modicum of time invested. Account Executives may affiliate with xbig6 on a part-time basis, at their choice - providing freedom and lattitude to spend their other time pursuing other business opportunities or other personal pursuits.
Talent Sourcing
This specialty role requires exceptional networking skills both by phone, email, and social networking. A solid understanding of the professional services industry is mandatory. These are strictly by-the-hour non-exempt roles.
Client Sourcing
This role emphasizes out-bound phone calls, email communication, and new-media marketing. Client sourcing roles are non-exempt roles that offer bonus opportunities or commission for some leads identified.
