Individually, our backgrounds and professional networks include the well-known professional services organizations listed on this site.
Our team includes former consulting partners, principals, directors, senior managers, and managers from these firms.
Our industry and functional subject matter experts include industry executives who have been in your shoes. (CIO, SVP Marketing, SVP Risk Management to name a few).
On average we have two decades of professional experience in management consulting, technology consulting, program management, organizational change management, and industry experience.
We typically price our work on a per hour basis plus expenses. However, we will work with you to provide daily rates, weekly rates, or monthly/yearly contracts. You are in charge, and we are flexible to meet your needs and your constraints.
